Getting started is simple. Speak with your physician or community staff about your therapy needs, and they can help initiate a referral to Total Care Therapy. Absolutely. One of the primary goals of therapy is to help you maintain or regain your independence. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, reducing your risk of falls, or simply looking to stay active, our therapists focus on improving the skills needed for everyday life. By building strength, improving balance and mobility, and enhancing confidence, therapy can help you continue doing the things that matter most.
