Working with TCT has been a great help to my overall health. While targeted exercises have made my pain more manageable is hasn't gotten rid of it completely. The most positive result I have experienced is an increase in stamina and a decrease in shortness of breath. I am able to do 45 minutes on the bike without getting short of breath and I am sleeping more soundly. Working with the staff has been a positive experience. The group exercise classes held by Andrea are always fun. She makes herself available to answer any questions and is always an encourager. She is a great leader and sets a good example for other therapists.

Andrea is so sweet and kind hearted. She is always working hard and trying her best to ensure the residents are happy with there service. A real pleasure to be around.

Wanted to share that TCT employee Andrea Love did an outstanding activity with residents today. It was great to see how they engaged with Andrea and truly enjoyed playing a form of racquetball with balloons. She has a great personality and past activities are always the same. Very GOOD!!

Total care therapy takes really good care of our residents here at Rittenhouse. Andrea is one of the sweetest people, she does a great job and makes things fun for the residents, they love having her around as well. We're always happy to see her smiling face.

TCT has maintained very great , communicative relationship with Oakleaf/Grove. They are always eager to meet our needs without hesitation. The staff is loving patient and kind to our residents. TCT provides therapy at the facility where I work. They do a great job with the residents, they are patient and flexible. Andrea Lowe goes above and beyond doing extra fun activities and exercise with them as well as generously donating towards special events and helping out at them. The newest member of the team here is Zeyad. He is awesome! So upbeat with everyone and always willing to give a hand to residents or staff. Both are a breath of fresh air and blast of sunshine.

My mother is in an assisted living facility. Total care therapy has been working with her to build strength through walking, they have done speech therapy and many other activities with her to increase her abilities with everyday activities. Their patience and care has done wonders for my mother. Chasidi has been a great Liaison to work with and I can't say enough about the hard work all of the therapists have done working with my mother. I’m the executive Director of Danbury Senior Living, and I have interviewed several different therapy companies before choosing Total Care Therapy I’ve been nothing but thrilled with the care and communication, compassion, and communication. All the therapists are wonderful that are in my building and Andrea is an excellent excellent liaison!

Chasidi goes above and beyond for our residents at The Inn at Library Way. She is always super supportive with our residents. The activities that she sets up once a month with our residents are always super fun and entertaining for them and they get very involved in them. We are very grateful to have Chasidi at our building!

TCT has been great to work with, Chasidi, Jesse and Debbie are wonderful! besides being so wonderful, everyone is so cooperative and helping me. They have gotten me back on my feet and I’m so grateful for that.

Great service provided by the physical and occupational therapists on staff for my family member. They were hospitable, timely and were truly caring for my grandma. The therapists were very professional in how they spoke and provided a sense of trust for me as a caretaker. I would elect to go with Total Care Therapy / TCT for future needs!

Total Care Therapy is second to none! Andrea and her team are so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Kami, Shayla and both Stephanies make sure our residents here at Danbury Senior Living are getting the therapy they need to live their best lives. Andrea spends time doing activities and exercises with our residents a couple times a week. Her care, support and compassion resonate throughout our building with her contagious smile. I would recommend Andrea and any team members of TCT. I have worked with others in the past. They are all professional, knowledgeable and flexible.

They have been working with my dad for the past year. Nice group of people and they know what they are doing. We have done Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. It is very convenient that they help my dad at his Assisted Living facility. We don’t need to drive my dad places to get therapy. That would be very challenging for our family. The therapy is tailored just for my dads needs and his health. This group has taught my dad how to stay safe in his room. They help him with self-care like brushing his teeth or being able to feed himself dinner. They help keep my dads strength up so he doesn't get too weak. They have great ideas that I would have never thought of. We are fortunate that our health insurance pays for these therapy sessions. We have never received a bill. These therapists have helped us order a walker and a wheelchair. We were able to use health insurance for these items. They took measurements for my dad making sure the walker and wheelchair were the correct size. They have taught him how to safely use the walker and wheelchair. Things like transferring from the wheelchair to the bed. If you are any curious about using therapy. I suggest you give these people a try. At least just do a session with them and get an evaluation. You will be impressed by how much they are able to help your loved one.
